With a passion for creating dishes with aromatic scents and flavors that will stimulate your taste buds. Creative Cook, Lisa Garland, is bringing you Brunch ME LSG. From her sweet and tangy Honey Lemon Pepper Wings to her creamy Special Grits with its Seafood Secret Sauce; Lisa is offering the recipes that she has enjoyed serving to her family for years, to the public. She has worked tirelessly to perfect every dish, carefully choosing each flavor that goes into her food, with the sole purpose of seeing the enjoyment on the faces of the people around her when they indulge in her creations.

​Born and raised in Harlem, New York, Lisa now resides in Bryans Road, Maryland with her husband, Steve Garland. Together, with the love of God at the center of their marriage, Lisa and Steve established Soldier 2 Soldier Outreach Ministry. Soldier 2 Soldier is a non-profit organization instituted to reach communities throughout the DMV area that uses the giving hearts of its members and the word of God to inspire, motivate, and encourage submission to Christ.

​Lisa has an MBA (Master of Business Administration), BA (Bachelors of Art Degree in Business, and an Associates of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education. In addition to Brunch ME LSG and Soldier 2 Soldier; Lisa also works for the government as a Contracting Officer, the owner of LSG Consulting Enterprises, LLC, is writing a book, a successful playwriter, and the Praise & Worship Leader at Vision Community Church of Fredericksburg, VA. Lisa holds many titles, but the ones that mean the most to her is being the mother of her three wonderful children, being the grandmother of her two beautiful grandchildren, being a wife to her loving and supporting husband, a woman advocating for the success and healing of other women, a sister and a friend.
